Welcome to Clyde Hill! Mervin Minish, of the Minish Land Company, developed this neighborhood of 73 homes in Clyde Hill starting in 1966, and established the Aqua Vista Homeowners’ Association in 1974. Today the Aqua Vista Homeowners' Association is dedicated to ensuring the preservation of the appearance, standards and governance of our community.
